Jewel Jewel is a 2 (almost 3) year-old pretty good sized black bunny. She is very calm and docile when held, but set her free and she loves to run and play! She will make a great house-rabbit. She's very lovable and would definitely flourish indoors with lots of attention. Unfortunately, Jewel was born with a problem. Her teeth grow very rapidly and must be trimmed by the vet every 3 weeks or so. Also, once a year her molars must be trimmed. Jewel needs a home where she will get the attention she deserves; to just get loved on all the time. She requires frequent medical attention, but will pay you back by being adorable and sweet. Violet Princess Violet is a beautiful petite brown dwarf female with unique tan markings. She is a very active energetic young bunny who loves to run and binky. She does everything with gusto including eating, and can get overly excited when any kind of food (even hay) is given to her. Being a princess, she likes things her way and will grunt at you and try to grab if you are too slow serving her food. She is generally a very sweet bunny who will make you laugh and smile. She has very good litter box habits, but does like to move her box around for a different view if she gets bored. An adult only home would suit Miss Violet best. Come meet her and bask in her beauty. Margot Margot is a big silly girl. She is a happy, spunky rabbit. Her first love is people. She craves human companionship and would love to be in a family where she would have lots of attention. Although she doesn't like to be picked up she loves to be petted and have her back scratched. When you scratch her back she stretches out to her full length of 23 inches. Margot has a "button" on her side that when pushed she flips over on to her side or back. This funny antic has earned her the nickname Flipflop! Margot would make a good pet for children (with adult supervision) as she loves attention and does well with commotion. She has lived with cats and dogs.

Hazelnut Hazelnut was rescued in the Spring of 2007 at about 5 months old. She is a silver mix, with flecks of white in her fur. This sweet beauty is deserving of a lot of love to come her way, and enjoys playing with her rattle ball. Indoor home, Portland area only.

Snowy Snowy , with her Charlie Chaplin mustache, is a about a year old. She is a pretty English spot mix, and inquisitive as a 1-year old. She loves cilantro, dried papaya as a treat, and must have her baby blankie to snuggle and rearrange. She needs a forever home where she will be allowed to develop to her sweet potential. Indoor home, Portland area only.

Chiquita Chiquita Also rescued as a newborn in July 07, I am a sweet, mellow girl. I have cinnamon grey coloring, a narrow white stripe on one shoulder, and white front paws. Once you start to pet me, I'm irresistible. I weigh 4 pounds and pride myself in disciplined use of my litter box. I currently live in foster care with my two sisters, Fiesta and Maya, in SE Portland, OR. I am used to their companionship and would like to be adopted with one of them if possible.

Daphne Daphne is a sweet natured English Spot mix. She weighs five and one half pounds, is easy to handle, and has excellent litter box habits. Living as a foster rabbit isn't bad but she's ready for her own home and plenty of attention and loads more fun. Maybe someday she'll find her own bunny to snuggle with but for now she'd be happy with some human companions. Portland area indoor home only.

Pixie Pixie was a stray so we are unsure of her exact history or her age. She was brought into foster care in SE Portland in early March after spending some time at the Oregon Humane Society. She has tattoos in her ears which would indicate that she is a pure bread rex. Pixie is a true diva in spirit and very unique. She has silken white fur, pearly pink eyes and a pixie shaped nose (the result of a neighbor's bite at OHS). She's a little snow princess that knows her mind. She's curious and getting more friendly with people everyday. She loves to be petted. She weighs 3 ½ pounds.

Nell Nell was found in the Woodstock neighborhood of SE Portland with Newman, who is likely to be her brother. Newman (please see the male rabbit section) and Nell have a very similar demeanor and would likely make a great pair, although they are being housed separately at this time. Nell is very adventurous and quite fun to watch as she explores new smells and objects. Nell is 4.5lb and her brown and white pattern is quite stunning. She is very faithful with her litter box, loves hay, and likes to explore. Nell would be happiest in a quiet house with people who understand that she will need a little time to warm up to humans. She is currently living in foster care in SE Portland and can't wait to meet you!

Betty_Boop Betty_Boop was found in SE Portland with a torn ear and several scars indicative of a tough past. Despite her history, Betty Boop wants to trust and love again. She has the markings of a Californian breed with a lovely dark chin and chest. She is a big girl at 8 lbs with just as much love. Betty is very sweet and deserves to have a happy future, living indoors, safe from predators, and with people she can grow to trust. She would love to meet you today and see if you are a good match, please come visit her at her foster home in SE Portland.

Aurora Aurora is a cute little girl. She weighs only 3.5 lbs and has the healthy appetite of a growing girl, and may continue to grow. Aurora was found in a cemetery with 6 other rabbits. She loves to spend time digging in her box of hay and exploring. She is a lovely orange shade of tan with a little white shirt and a white branch marking on her head. Aurora has asserted herself as the princess and would make a great house rabbit for someone who will love and nurture her curious spirit. She is current living in foster care in SE Portland.
